The Office of the Director of Academic Support Services (DASS’s) is the steward of the academic record, ensuring its accuracy to protect the value and integrity of the IRDP Academic programs. The office serves undergraduate and graduate students in all matters related to degree and non-degree requirements and progress toward completion. The office is responsible for overseeing registration, grading, conferral of diplomas and degrees, and distribution of transcripts and certificates. It is also responsible for the enforcement and implementation of the Institute’s academic policies and procedures. The DASS is the official custodian of academic records, and the office is mandated by law to maintain unabridged past, present, and future academic records. The office continually improves its processes and procedures utilizing technology when possible to deliver services most effectively. The office's goal is to provide comprehensive and accurate academic records with the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and security in order to help students achieve their educational goals.
