Work Experience

Happiness Protas Mmanda, current is a PhD candidate at the University of Dar es salaam. She works as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Rural Development and Regional Planning of the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP). She has a 6+ years in conducting training and research in the field of urban and regional planning.  She teaches various modules such as Transport Planning and Management, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Land Use Planning, Urbanization and Development, History of Urban Planning. She is also a member of Tanzania Institute of Town Planners (TITP).
