Work Experience

Winnie Robi Donald works as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Development Finance and Management Studies at the Institute of Rural Development Planning. She is a trainer, researcher and consultant in the field of entrepreneurship with a 5 years-experience. Prior to joining IRDP, Winnie worked as a Sales Executive at CATS Tanzania.

• Preparation of business plans for MSMEs.
• Experienced in Customer Relationship Management Utilization in tracking and managing leads, opportunities and customer interactions efficiently.
• Skilled in assisting with the creation and enhancement of course materials to align with educational objectives and standards
• Functional skills on data collection and management with SPSS and Microsoft; also, quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques.
• Designing online mobile data collection platforms using Open Data Kit

Research and academic Interests

My main research and academic interests are in Entrepreneurship development, Small and Medium Enterprise growth and Survival, business management, youth and women's entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, and Innovation and creativity for wealth creation.
