Urban and Regional Planning
TP. Godwin Felix Pambila works as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Planning of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. He is an Urban and Regional Planner with more than 14 years of experience in various organisations ranging from Private sector, Local government and Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP). Being a Town planning officer in the private sector and local government for more than seven years, his main duties were preparation of Regularisation schemes and Neighbourhood plans through participatory planning approach, Master planning, Development control, and Village Land Use Planning. Besides, he has been a researcher, consultant, and trainer in modules such as: Design Skills, Neighbourhood Planning and Regularisation of Informal Settlements, Site Planning, Settlement Planning, Master Planning, and Geographic Information System (GIS) in urban and regional planning. He is also a Registered Town and Regional Planning Expert by Town Planning Registration Board (TPRB).
