Juma Muhsin Chikandanga is a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Population Studies of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. He is a Planner and Community development facilitator with three years of experience as a trainer, researcher, and consultant. In these roles, Juma's duties encompass creating educational resources and instructing students up to NTA level 6. Additionally, he assists in research efforts and consultancy works. Juma's professional background includes teaching. Served as a secondary school teacher, teaching History and Geography for 11 years, where he gained valuable experience in training, monitoring, and evaluating educational programs.
Juma is a dedicated and hardworking young individual with a hunger for success. He is not only passionate about exploring new facts but also keenly interested in research and consultancy, particularly in the realms of Development. The main research and academic interests are on Gender and agriculture, Youth and Employment, Environment and Livelihood as well as Food security.
