Mr Galinoma Gahele Lubawa is a highly skilled lecturer at IRDP with over 20 years of experience providing solutions as a business and financial analyst. He has a wide range of knowledge in fields such as Public Sector Accounting, Business Research, Data Analysis, Financial Modelling, Strategic Financial Management, Marketing Plan Development, Feasibility Studies, Project Financing, Investment Profiling, Risk Analysis and Management, and Business and Investment Planning. Throughout his career, he has provided consulting services to various organisations, including notable entities such as the Preventing and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB), Tanzania Enabling Growth through Investment and Enterprise Programme (ENGINE) and the International Executive Service Corps (IESC) of the USA, as well as Geita Gold Mining Limited (GGM), Raphael Group Limited-Mbeya, Kibaigwa International Market (Ltd), Dodoma Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (DUWASA), Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (AUWSA), Cereals and Other Produce Board of Tanzania (CPB), Kilimanjaro Clinical Research Institute (KCRI), the Good Samaritan Foundation, and the University of Dodoma (UDOM). Mr Lubawa served as a consultant in developing Investment Profiles, Opportunities and Promotion Strategies, as well as Revenue Enhancement and Monitoring and Evaluation Plans for several Local Government Authorities in Tanzania, including Geita Town Council, Iringa Municipal Council, Kyela District Council, Kilosa District Council, Wete Town Council, Chake-Chake Town Council, and Morogoro and Iringa Municipal Councils. Mr Lubawa was instrumental in the recent pre-feasibility study for PPP projects at the University of Dodoma in 2024. His contributions played a crucial role in the preliminary financial models for four developed PPP projects. Furthermore, he conducts feasibility studies for 12 significant investment projects jointly with the Morogoro Municipal Council (MMC).
