Berling Magolyo Sospeter (PhD) works as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Development Finance and Management Studies at the Institute of Rural Development Planning. He has involved in conducting teaching, consultancies, supervising and conducting project research for over 15 years. Dr. Berling is much endowed with knowledge and research experiences in rural livelihood dynamics and management of fisheries.
Main areas of research and consultancy interest is in Rural agricultural transformation, Management of fisheries resources, Climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies, Strategic plan preparation.
