Berling Magolyo Sospeter (PhD) works as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Development Finance and Management Studies at the Institute of Rural Development Planning. He has been involved in conducting teaching, consultancies, supervising and project research for over 15 years. Dr. Berling is endowed with knowledge and research experiences in rural livelihood dynamics and the management of fisheries.
The main areas of research and consultancy interest are in Rural agricultural transformation, Management of fisheries resources, Climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies, and Strategic plan preparation.
