ENEA LUNANILO LONGO works at the Institute of Rural Development Planning as a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Population Studies, teaching modules related to Community Development. Also  she worked as Community Development Officer at Local government Authority (Njombe Town Council).

My main research and academic interests are in gender issues, cross-cutting and contemporary issues in community development, studies concerning vulnerable groups such as women, children, elders, disabled individuals, and youth, as well as research on various social issues.
