Judith Namabira [PhD] is a lecturer at the Institute of Rural Development Planning, Dodoma, Tanzania. She specialises in management studies. Her research field touches on electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM). She is currently involved in research projects on e-technologies in human resource management, diversity management, happiness, stress management, and work-life balance in workplaces.
