Work Experience

.Judith Namabira [PhD) is a lecturer at the Institute of Rural Development Planning, Dodoma, Tanzania. She is specialised in management studies. Her research field touches upon electronic human resource management (e-HRM). She is currently involved in research projects on e-technologies in human resource management, diversity management, Happiness, stress management and work life balance in work places.


Professional Skills

  • .HR strategy creation & execution: ability to interpret and implement an HR strategy that effectively supports the overarching organizational strategy
  • Designing online mobile data collection platforms using Survey Solutions and kobo toolbox.
  • Experienced in the use and applications of statistical packages such as SPSS

  • Experience in conducting training needs assessment 
  • Strategic plan preparation for businesses

Main research and academic interest is on electronic human resource management technologies, diversity management, work life balance, happiness at work, stress management, internal marketing research in relation to human resource management, leadership as well as wealth creation.
