.Judith Namabira [PhD) is a lecturer at the Institute of Rural Development Planning, Dodoma, Tanzania. She is specialised in management studies. Her research field touches upon electronic human resource management (e-HRM). She is currently involved in research projects on e-technologies in human resource management, diversity management, Happiness, stress management and work life balance in work places.
Main research and academic interest is on electronic human resource management technologies, diversity management, work life balance, happiness at work, stress management, internal marketing research in relation to human resource management, leadership as well as wealth creation.
