Ester Ugulumu (Msc Eco) works as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Rural Development and Regional Planning of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. She is an Economist with 8+ years of experience as a researcher, trainer and consultant in the field of Economics, not limited to Project Planning and Management, Agricultural Economics, Labour Economics and Transport Economics.

• Designing online mobile data collection platforms using most current technologies, i.e. Survey Solutions and OpenDataKit (ODK).
• Experienced in the use and applications of statistical packages such as SPSS, Statistica and R-Statistical Software for data mining and perform complex statistical analysis, such as  Multinomial Linear Regressions.
