Musa Gillihe Ibrahimu works as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Development Finance and Management Studies (DFMS) of the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP). He is a PhD student at the Open University of Tanzania. He possesses Master of Science degree and Postgraduate diploma in human resource management; and Bachelor of education degree. He has an outstanding work experience of more than 15 years in various public service organizations including the areas of teaching, management and consultancy services.
