Praise Mdendemi works as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Development Finance and Management Studies at the Institute of Rural Development Planning. She is a Business Administrative professional majoring in Entrepreneurship with over six years of working experience as a part-time lecturer (2016-2019) at IRDP, as an Administrator and Logistician at Swisscontact INGO bearing the position of an Office Manager (2019-2021) and full-time Assistant lecturer at IRDP (2022-current).
