Tiberio Mdendemi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Population Studies of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. Mdendemi has previously been extensively involved in administrative matters at various capacities as Programme’s Coordinator, Registrar of Students, Dean of Students, Director of Administration and Deputy Rector – Planning for Finance and Administration. Mdendemi has been teaching, conducting research and consultancy services in a wide spectrum of professional areas including; participatory techniques, project evaluation and monitoring, conflict management, microfinance development, resources Mobilisation, strategic planning, governance and sustainable development, and adult learning facilitation skills.
