Berine Rhobi Magaria is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Development Finance and Management studies and coordinator of Basic Technician Certificate in Development Administration and Management at the Institute of Rural Development Planning. With a focus on administration, she brings many years of experience teaching and mentoring students in different levels of education. She is also a researcher and consultant in areas related to public administration and management.
