How to Apply
The Institute of Rural Development Planning is a Government Institute under the Ministry of Finance. Applications to join IRDP are done online at https://oas.irdp.ac.tz.

Start Application
Go through the information on the page and then Click on “START APPLICATION" if is new Applicant, otherwise go to "LOGIN"

Create an Account
Use form 4 index number / Equivalent number to create account i.e. Centre number, Serial number and Completion year.

Select Application Category
Carefully select application category and entry qualification (Application fees will be billed accordingly & fees are non refundable) and Fill out personal information.

Programs Selection
Select at least 3 programs valid according to guide book.

Submit Application
Review your application details and submit to complete application
