Emmanuel Simon Mwang’onda works as an Economics Lecturer in the Department of Rural Development and Regional Planning of the Institute of Rural Development Planning Dodoma -Tanzania and a PhD Researcher at Stellenbosch Business School, Western Cape – South Africa. He is an Economist with 10+ years of experience as a researcher, trainer and consultant in various fields including Development Evaluation, Rural Development and Inclusive Growth, Behavioural studies, Health and Environmental Economics, and financial inclusion.

- Economic research and analysis – with extensive experience in conducting economic research across various domains including Rural development, social and behavioural science, health economics and environmental economics.
- Proficiency in utilising analytical software such as Atlas.ti, STATA and SPSS for data analysis and interpretations
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs in economic and related fields including community engagement, community mobilization, and monitoring and evaluating development.
