Work Experience

Agrey  Andrew Rubago is  Assistant Lecturer  in the Department of  Development Finance and Management at the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP). He possesses Master Degree in Information and Communication Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Bachelor of Information Technology  at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha, Diploma in Education at Butimba Teachers’ College. He has an outstanding work experience of more than 11 years in various public service organizations including the areas of teaching, management and consultancy services
