Pelagia Buberwa (MSc. IT) works as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Development Finance & Management Studies of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. She is an Information and Communication Technology Specialist and Engineer with 10+ years of experience as a System/Network Administrator and 3+ years as a trainer and consultant in the field of ICT. She is also a Registered member at the Institute of Engineers Tanzania.
