Ms. Monica holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSc – HRM) from Mzumbe University (Tanzania), a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from the Institute of Rural Development Planning Dodoma (Tanzania).

Work Experience

Ms. Monica G. Bayuni is an Assistant Lecturer at the Institute of Rural Development Planning. She has a cumulative experience of more than 5 years in teaching at the field of Human resource management in the Department of Development Finance and Management Studies.   She worked as a Human Resource Officer for 3 years from 2019-2021 at the Institute of Rural Development Planning. Also Ms. Monica worked as an Office Management Secretary for 10 years at the Rector’s Office at the same Institute.

Professional Skills

• Highly skilled and experienced in leadership, for example Trade Unions leadership
• Skilled in job interviews and orientating new employee’s
• Highly skilled in conflict resolution and concealing.  This came after serving as the Secretary of the Women Committee - RAAWU Central Zone for 10 consecutive years after that as the Chairperson of Women Committee for 5 years.

Research and academic Interests

She also has a broad interest in consultancy and research in areas of Human Resource Management, leadership and Governance, Human resource transformation and Conflict management.
